"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, ... (for) It is the Lord Christ you are serving." - Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV).
Wisdom
No man or woman is an island. We all need each other. The world teaches us competitive dog-eat-dog paradigms that lead to large-scale business failures. The true formula for success is always rooted in the support of a strong community. This is a Kingdom principle. This is why we see everyone as a team member for your business.
The Goal
Our mission is to be the head and not the tail. To lead with great ideas and powerful vision. From idea to launching businesses and opportunities for our members benefit, we can support you at each stage.
The objective is to live the blessings of Deut 28:1-14 by "Seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness," - Matt 6:33.
We believe we are all called into ministry. This is not an exclusive role for pastors only. As such, one of KCBME's missions is to equip and train marketplace ministry leaders to reach their business communities - and beyond - with the Gospel.
Let's start here...
Your first step is to apply for membership. This gives you access to free resources so that you can learn more and make sure this is the right fit for you. Essential
All members who want to participate at a level above the free membership level are required to complete the Kingdom Foundations program. This is a prerequisite to participate in any certification program. Our focus is on Kingdom building. The Kingdom is not limited in its scope. As such, you will start with Kingdom Foundations and shape your area of specialization from there.
Empowering
Jesus established His Kingdom and called everyone to become active on the basis of their God-given gifts (The Parable of the Talents). This is a very different model to the institutionalized academia-based ministry we typically see practiced by most pastors today. Our emphasis is on meeting people where they are in the marketplace to demonstrate the Kingdom's practical wisdom where they are.
Wisdom
Jesus met people in the realities of their life. This is what makes marketplace ministry so powerful - you meet people where they are and build together from there. If it is coaching, you help people achieve real transformation. If it is business, you use wisdom to bring about real wins. If it is families, you help build a strong future based on Kingdom principles. This is real, effective, and relevant.
The Goal
Jesus said, “And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” - Matt 24:14 (KJV). As a marketplace minister, you will help people align their business and lives with the Kingdom. This is "Good News" because it is real. It answers real problems, creates real solutions through the Truth of the Word.

Essential
All members who want to progress above the free membership level are required to complete the Kingdom Foundations program. This is a prerequisite for certification programs. Our focus is on Kingdom principles. For coaches this means addressing the whole person, as a whole person, the way God intended. This differs from disciplines that only look at one aspect of the person, rather than the whole person.
Empowering
Jesus called everyone to become active on the basis of their God-given gifts. This is the Parable of the Talents (Matt 25:14–15). In other words, from a Kingdom perspective, effective coaching simply brings people back into alignment with who they are meant to be all along. When we work with the design and purpose God has for His people, it can produce very powerful results.
Wisdom
Kingdom coaching is a branch of marketplace ministry. However, it is much more. Jesus met people in the realities of their life. This is what makes marketplace ministry so powerful - you meet people where they are and build together from there. The beauty and power of Kingdom principles is in their universal application, which means that you can be truly effective in almost every situation from coaching families to executive leaders.
The Goal
The real Gospel has to be alive, powerful, and relevant. A Kingdom coaching certificate is may be the ideal way to bring business, ministry, income, and transforming lives under one umbrella. If you love ministry, but also want to walk fully in your God-given gifting, this is worth taking seriously. Get your free membership and reach out. We would love to support what God is doing in your life.
